Q: Where can I find a list of supported functions for a product?

A: You can download the list of supported models for each module from the “Function Manual” on the product page of our official website, and we usually synchronize the update at the end of each month.

Q: Is it possible to activate IMMO and Airbag Reset function?

A: IMMO function is not supported, you can pay for Airbag Reset function.

Q: Does the device need the annual subscription fee?

A: Our current policy is that upgrades are free for 1 year from the time of registration. From the 2nd year of device usage, there will be an annual subscription fee.

Q: Does cluster recalibration function require the cluster to be removed?

A: All ODO MASTER supported car cluster models proceed through OBD mode without removing the cluster.

Motorcycle backup models require the cluster to be removed from the vehicle and recalibrate by BENCH.
