CNC605 is a fuel injector cleaning and testing equipment suitable for GDI, EFI, and SFI systems. It can simulate engine operating conditions to
simultaneously clean and test up to 6 fuel injectors.

Functions
- Working mode selection: Can select GDI or EFI working mode based on the injector type
- Ultrasonic cleaning: Simultaneously cleans multiple injectors ultrasonically, effectively removing carbon buildup
- Uniformity / spray testing: Detects fuel injection uniformity and allows observation of spray patterns using background lighting
- Sealing test: Tests injector sealing and leakage under system pressure
- Fuel injection quantity detection: Measures fuel injection quantity under a constant 15-second injection condition
- Automatic cleaning and testing: Simulates injector testing under various conditions according to set parameters
- Reverse flush: Performs reverse flushing to remove internal injector contaminants and filter screen residues
- Non-dismantle cleaning: Optional connectors allow non-dismantle cleaning and maintenance for multiple vehicle models
