Features

Product Description:

Texa TwinProbe Oscilloscope and Signal Generator D09640 is a professional diagnostic tool designed for acquiring analogue and digital measurements required for conventional automotive diagnostic testing.

TwinProbe is TEXA’s advanced measurement tool used to perform analogue and digital signal analysis during vehicle diagnostics. It offers high practicality and precision for professional automotive service operations.

Although positioned as a more compact solution compared to UNIProbe, TwinProbe still provides powerful diagnostic capabilities and reliable performance for workshop technicians.

The device can communicate with TEXA display units or a Windows PC via USB connection or Bluetooth technology, allowing technicians complete freedom of movement around the vehicle and workshop.

The tool can be managed through the IDC6 operating software or through MSS (Measurement System Software) when connected to a PC.

Oscilloscope

TwinProbe includes a two-channel analogue oscilloscope capable of measuring signals up to ±200 V. It also includes the SIV (Signal Information Viewing) function which assists technicians in interpreting captured signals.

The SIV function guides the technician through the entire test procedure. While measurements are taken, the system simultaneously processes and analyzes the data to provide real-time evaluations.

TwinProbe can process signals from sensors and actuators and compare the acquired data with values stored in its internal database, immediately highlighting abnormal or irregular signals.

Signal generator

The integrated signal generator allows technicians to simulate sensor signals or ECU control signals sent to actuators such as solenoid valves. This helps identify and diagnose faults within vehicle systems.

Ammeter

TwinProbe can also measure current intensity when used with the optional BICOR clamp-on ammeter accessory, enabling additional electrical testing capabilities.

Measurement System Software

The device functions can be easily accessed through MSS (Measurement System Software), specifically developed by TEXA for measurement and signal analysis. The tool is also fully compatible with the IDC6 diagnostic platform.

The SIV function uses a dedicated TEXA algorithm to compare captured signals with values stored in the internal database, allowing technicians to quickly identify abnormal signals and diagnose issues efficiently.
